This is exactly what happened last year, except there was only 1 blue base and 1 red flag. The game was horribly imbalanced for the red team as the blue team just went to the red base leaving nobody to defend the base. A blue team that didnt run around like chickens (which at this point is 75% of the people who play tanki) has a chance of winning at least but now its completely hopeless.

How to avoid the sniper mode: hide behind cover for 1 second and pop back out. The striker turret now cant do anything to you. :) Would not recommend buying it at all, its just a less powerful shaft with explosions that will kill yourself more than enemies.

Actually just sitting there and locking on to anyone near the point may be the only good use of the turret.

After playing with the striker turret i have concluded that it is horrible as of now. The homing rocket lock on system is broken because its all too easy to just go behind cover for a second and the striker is now not a threat at all, similar to shaft but with shaft you can at least keep your shot charged when they come out. AND even if you do manage to launch some homing missiles half the time they hit the ground, ceiling or any other static object nearby killing yourself instead of the enemy, which makes this turret useless compared to shaft. Yes, you can fire a single rocket but if half the turret is a worse version of another whats even the point of buying it? AND FIX THE DAMN LASER ITS THE SAME AS SHAFTS Im tired of having to play russian roulette. AND EVEN MORE ON TOP OF THIS When you fire a single shot it can be out of any barrel, so no shots are centered and its completely luck based if it decides to fire a foot away or not. BS

Ricochet shots dont really home in on enemies, when they hit a solid object and ricochet it resets the auto aim. The new shot goes more upwards or downwards to hit any tanks in the way. If there are no tanks it just goes straight, no sideways auto aim after ricochets.

Uhhhhh... i think naming your battle was removed more than a year ago. And if you want to play XP/BP go to RU1 (your ping will probably skyrocket)

Well if you arent using it on a map good for shaft of course its going to be harder to use, just like firebird is hard to use (if not impossible) on berlin but this doesnt mean it takes extreme skill.

That is the exact definition of stadium, brest, and just about any other giant map. If you find it harder to use shaft its probably because you shouldnt be using it on island.
