Well, what the smart cool down does is that when you activate one supply some of the others will be on cooldown. Let's say that you activated Double Damage for example, now if you want also use double armor you would either have to collect a drop box for it or wait for the cool down to end. Heavy Capacitors- if a shaft with this alteration can't wipe out a heavy hull's (of the same modification) health completely with one full charged shot in sniping mode. [Only exceptions are: if the heavy hull is MUed more than the users shaft, heavy hull has Double armor activated or has shaft protection equipped] Corrosive mix- only 10% increase in damage for removing the freezing effect.
