No it won't. The only ODs that currently affect gameplay too much are dictator (because of that OD replenishment ability), titan, hornet + wasp and Viking in certain situations.

Technically they are missions. But they won't harm teamwork as badly, in fact they'll help encourage it a bit more. And they will be actual challenges. Not the challenges wannabe grindfests we got now.

Scout and shock freeze are both good. I'm just giving you my thoughts on scout from past encounters against it is all. I'd say that scout is a good Jack of all trades for railgun while shock freeze is probably the best defender for ctf and rugby.

Sounds like if I ever get it for my mk8 viking, I'll have to do a lot of testing with it before I decide if I want to have it equipped forever.

Trust me, having to go up against it is super annoying. You retain all of your impact force that you had from stock. All in all, it makes a very good deterrent.

In the case of Vulcan, self heating is basically the same thing as overheating. And why do we need to discuss what's logical and what's not? The point is that it's not balanced when the turret can just rain down molten bullets onto the enemies for as long as they please and not suffer from burn damage at all.

Sometimes, well technically almost all the time, "boring" parameter shifts make the most balanced alterations. Shaft has an example of what a balanced alt looks like and what a broken one looks like. And the alts I'm talking about is SBE and RFM. SBE is balanced because the arcade shots get a buff in damage but also a nerf in firing rate. RFM is broken because it allows you to fire 3 arcade shots in quick succession, and the only the that gets a big nerf is the max damage of the sniper shot. Doesn't do much harm to the arcade shots, does it?

I agree that the weight changing alts should be made available in the garage for crystals but the other current hull alts should just be removed.

The scout alt is a really good suppressor while shock freeze is really good for defense. Either of them would be better choice than corrosive mix.

Well. You actually just need to reach the point of overheat to burn the enemies. So you'll still burn the enemies and you'll still technically overheat, but the only difference is that you won't suffer from self heating damage. I think @TheCongoSpider can explain it better and in more depth. I don't have hundreds of hours on Vulcan on any of my accounts. So I wouldn't know all that much about Vulcan.

Personally, I think you just need to explore the map a bit more. But there are indicators for locations of basically everything that's relevant to the main objective of the battle, just look around, and follow the ones you do see. In HTML 5, you can see both allies and enemies on the radar system within about a 60 metre radius, I think.

Mammoths would just flock to the dome OD, hunter and dictator would use Vikings OD, and wasps would love hornets OD.

They're in the shop and they cost Tankoins. And IMO I'd rather just have the Immunity alts be removed from the game. The heat immunity one turns Vulcan into a madman especially if it also has the incendiary band equipped.

Double armor lives up to its name as far as I can tell. I think it goes back to what @TheCongoSpider said about the bomb ignoring DA, pretty much the same way as hornet OD ignoring all protections.

Actually, titan does a better job at deactivating the bomb than hunter. Just make sure the bomb is placed before you plop the dome down.

When I was a newbie, I thought that railgun had a scope mode. I also thought that shaft was the one that was making all the boom noises (back when striker, hammer, Vulcan, magnum, and Gauss were non-existent). I also purchased many things at full price, I also wanted to rank up quickly. I use up all the supplies I would receive in the first hour. I also fell into an online dating scheme in the game. All that because I was both a newb and a noob at the time.
