What Does Love actually mean?

What shall we do if any tanki player in Hindi or English gives us badwords without any reason and talks rubbish .. I m not able to report that player..And the moderators dont come usually when we call them ..Plz is there any solution?? As a girl i really want to know should we say also say him bad words or do what??? Please answer and i would request the Hindi moderators to seriously see to this situation because most of the players take advantage of english moderators as they cant understand Hindi they use very bad and abusive language..
