No. When you open shop select that you are from russia and woala! It will show russian values and stuff but paypl will convert your euros to RUB meaning you may less.

im planning to make 4-8 ways to enemy base. bridges and tunnels only. That makes easy to defend the base and at the same time realy hard. If 1 member of team die who is protecting part of a map, all enemies can get in their base pretty easy cause its long way for someone to replace previous member. That haloween grass prop is meant as dirty canal water. REALY dirty :D Flags are located in corners of the maps for hard capture and needs good defense at the same time cuz they are next to tunnels and tunnels lead to another side of the map...

Suplies activates only in later ranks not for recruit tankers so i think making them drugg in tutorial is unnecesary but dropboxes should be included in tutorial.
