If you could prevent someone getting a personal discount on an alteration that they couldn't buy because their turret was too low modification then it would be a fine idea

All kits have potentially nightmarish outcomes with MUs.

I like the sounds of this, I bet there would be a lot fewer players complaining about supplies. However, It might be an indirect nerf to turrets with reload times over the reset duration.

I haven't ever used it but from playing against it I can say it is pretty strong and worth it if you plan on using rico a lot.
