It's easier to use for some people than others. Rank up and use it against more skilled people than WO4s and you will see.

If more people felt this way, then maybe they could reduce the point loss, but this was the way to fix the mode and noone else feels like you do. Tanki implemented this because it was impossible to come back some times, now it is possible, but not more than. If you completely dominated for the first 13 minutes, the game would have ended because of 100 point limit.

Check the garage more carefully and you'd find out that Viking M2 has 230.6 HP and Dictator M2 has 230 HP. Yes, Dictator M2 does gain more HP per micro-upgrade than Viking M2, but over MU-ing something that's not m3 is notoriously bad. So when your hulls have the same HP, you will probably want the faster one (unless you ​are a mult who only play(s) Polygon CP and values Dictator's gold-hunting height heavily.) Another reason why you should check the garage more closely is than Minotaur has Rhino, not Winter. Rhino has more Vulcan protection than cherry, but changes the twins into hammer and does not have fire/twins/isida. Both paints are usually sub-par in Playground CP so just separately buy a combo you actually enjoy playing on sale and get the proper paint for it! (after checking the garage, of course)

I have Freeze M3.4, and yes, tanks I touch are unable to move their turret or hull to get away, but they are most often made useless by my 69.9 damage per second. :)

No, there are no sales on XTs. You don't get permanent 10-20-30% off them, you don't get PD/TDs on them, holiday discounts do not apply to them.
