I would go for titan, vulcan is a long range weapon and you dont need to get close or circle with it, so I think it is better to trade the speed of viking for the armor of titan!

Definatly try to get 60k in 3 weeks, 20k crystals a week is possible, and since I guess you like it, try to get it :)

If you think you will use emerald for other purposes besides this 10% railgun protection, you could buy it. But since you already got a nice collection of paints ( zeus, taiga, picasso ) I wouldn't recommend it. I would say buy forester or corrosion but since you don't like them, use zeus to look cool B) Don't buy emerald if you use it only for 10% railgun, is my opinion
