Agreed, this should prolly be decided. I wouldn't say the person would be a new leader, just kinda like a stand-in leader for accepting applications and stuff. It would be like the person has authority to accept applications and do some other small things, but not to start wars and make alliances.

Oh, I'd say go for it if you want. You will probably be accepted if you have a decent profile as well. :P I'd do Chat Moderator, since its slightly less strenuous I think, but the applications are closed. /me drops gold box
