My General looked down upon me, awaiting for my obedience. Legion was a cruel man, one who reaped seeds he did not sow and punished harshly those who did not perform as expected. He did not suffer fools gladly. My throat felt dry in his presence, and I didn’t want to make the standard military eye contact. “Do you hear me soldier?” he roared. “ You will go and complete the mission now!” I stiffened and gave a salute. “Sir yes sir!” I hurried away to the garage do his bidding. Why did I even follow his orders? I was no longer part of this organization internally. I was set free by the one who gave it all, by our great war hero. Yet for some reason I realize it is wrong and still do it. It holds me in a trance, almost an addiction. Today my mission is something I cannot accept. My brain throws a tantrum, spurring me to anger. My body primes itself for the combat and espionage. Then a quiet noise says something, and everything else fades. I’m not sure what this is, whether it was a spirit or my own soul, but it changed me. It says, “You are free.” My internal storm quells. All of my needs and previous thoughts of obedience to the darkness are gone. I am free, and am no longer a slave to Legion or his organization. Oncoming footsteps snapped me out of my reverie. With a furtive glance, I ducked behind a tank. General Legion marched into the chamber. With a quick look around, he left. There was no apparent reason for his entrance. My eyes scanned the room looking for an escape vehicle of choice. My eyes landed upon a Firebird XT mounted upon a Hornet M3, with Dragon paint equipped. My soul told me that it was there for me, and it was not just a coincidence that it was a dragon. So I slinked across the floor, in a slow crawl lest someone spot me. Once I reached it, I went inside the hatch. The key awaited me in the socket, left by the previous tanker. I prayed that I could get out and escape alive, so that I could be truly free. The Dragon hummed softly and spoke to me. “You are my driver, I am your steed. Teach me where I must go, and I shall do so.” My hand rested upon the key and rotated it, bringing the mighty Dragon to life. Its pupils glowed with bright red fury, and it roared with righteous anger. It leapt forwards and out of the garage, with sirens of unauthorized exit blaring in the background. I am free. With my courageous Dragon and my quiet Soul, and the little voice who altered my life, we all departed towards the light, and away from Legion and his army. Towards a brighter future, towards the resistance, the people of the one who gave it all. Perhaps I can be a hero like that person someday, now that I am no longer a slave to the darkness. This was a story I was inspired to write recently, and I hope you all find it interesting.

Can I get an answer for this ASAP? So I have 80,000 crystals, and mostly use Thunder/Titan M1 and M2 Isida/Hunter M1. I have Sakura and Storm as my best paints. My plans for future kits are to get Northerner and then Jackhammer. Should I get the Stinger kit during the sale? It would get me a good paint (Fracture), along with an M2 Hull. Sure I already have Isida M2, but this way I would have an M2 Hull. Fracture+Hornet M2 in the kit is still cheaper than getting the two separately. However, this might screw up my plans by making me not have enough crystals to buy Northerner once it is unlocked. So should I buy Stinger kit during the birthday sales, something else, or just save up for Northerner still?

I use a guinea pig personally :ph34r: they don't really move around much; he stays there as long as I have parsley by him. He also controls my supplies, and makes me look like a pro drugger

What will happen is you get 50/50, and then when you look at the "Get M3" Button on its page, it will say the cost is 0 crystals. Then you click Buy, Click confirm purchase, and then you have Ricco M3.

Since I'm waiting till Northerner, should I get something for during the Tanki B-Day Sale? I have Isida M2, Titan M1, Thunder M1, Hunter M1, Storm, and Sakura as my main gear. Is there anything I should get or should I just save past the sales?

Ungh okay so my original plan was to get Boar Kit during the sale, then get Bulldozer and then finally Legend kit. But then I got a Personal Discount for Thunder M1, which looked so good and is amazing but probably wasn't smart in the long run. It set me back 30,000 crystals, so now I only have 70,000 rather than the 100,000 I need for Boar kit during the B-Day Sales. I'm pretty sure I can't get the 30,000 crystals between now and the sales. So my revised plan is skip Boar, wait and get Northerner (rather than Bulldozer), and then get either Jackhammer/Legend Kit. But the problem is I don't know if I can make it to Northerner without even an M2 Hull, when there are M3 Thunders and stuff already that 2 shot my 10 MUs M1 Mammoth. Which means they probably oneshot my M1 Hunter. So what would be a good gameplan for me kit and buying-wise? Now all my plans seem all messed up and idk what to do. :unsure:

Is the Eternity paint possibly going to come back for this Halloween? Because if it does I want to save up to get the one with the 40% firebird protection because that sounds really really really lit.

Would it be worth it in the long run to get the Legend Kit for the access to Prodigi and Hornet M3 early-ish on? I could care less for Railgun and XP gameplay, but I get really annoyed with how common railguns are and I badly want Prodigi ASAP. Hornet M3 is nice too, and I love how it looks. Worth it or not?

I thought this essay was really well written, and I especially appreciated it a lot because I'm doing a project for a class about Technology impacts. The perspective of fixing things, and what we could do if we weren't spending the money on so trivial of things, was quite nice! I thought perhaps though it would have been nice to have a little clearer of a thesis in order to keep the reader thinking on the main point. Technology things like videogames aren't often the thing people want to do the most, but they are the most convenient thing that provides decent entertainment.
