If you're planning to get Predator right after Corsair you might want to get Fighter instead, as Viking M1 will be rendered obsolete by the Hunter M1. If you think it'll be a while before you can get Predator, the Viking M1 will be utilized. Getting Fighter will give you the choice of a light M1 hull.

I'd say go with Corsair - it's a good paint, and a solid combo. Twins M1 can probably last you until the lieutenant ranks, but you might have to replace the Viking with Hunter M1 at WO4 since Hunter at M1 has more health and speed. If you think you can save enough, Predator (Thunder/Hunter/Jaguar) would also be a good buy, although if you do decide to get Predator, I'd go with Fighter rather than Corsair so you can also have Hornet if you decide to get Rail M1 later. Twins M1 is a massive upgrade from M0, and you can definitely use it for a long time without buying anything besides a Twins M1 kit and maybe another M1 hull (probably Hunter or Titan). You might want to get Titan M1 for Poly CPs if you get a PD or in the next sale (it really does pair well with Twins). Storm would also be a good buy - I know you don't care about paints, but it's relatively cheap and will help you survive much better against the great abundance of Fire M1s and later M2s. Of course, you should wait until a sale to get either of these, since you can still do quite well without.

I doubt they can last until Lieutenant Colonel, seeing as there are two Twins M2 kits at Second Lieutenant. But yes, they are VERY VERY VERY OP.

What about Isida? I presume it's also electrically powered.

OP is overpowered. Fighter kit is good, but instead of Thunder M1 try for Predator kit (it will come sometime next month). Smoky M1 is also very good - if you have the crystals for Fighter, Predator, and Smoky, get it, but if you don't, you might want to skip the Smoky.

Unless you're planning on playing format battles, you probably shouldn't get Rail, since Rail M2 isn't generally considered particularly OP. Storm's a good paint, but 1. If you're planning on getting any other Fire paints soon or 2. If it isn't during an MU sale, don't MU it. I would say that at your rank you should be trying to save for good kits, even past unlock rank. I know you're adverse to buying kits, but you really should get over it - they will help you. I'd suggest Firewall or Firebolt, Firewall if you already have M2 Wasp. (I'm not entirely sure if you meant that you had obtained M1 Wasp through MUing it 50 times, or that you currently have the equivalent of M2 Wasp by fully MUing it) If you don't mind changing your playing style, Atlas or Northerner are good, Atlas perhaps slightly better due to its better paint (If you do plan on getting this, don't MU Storm, as it will be rendered useless by Loam). Twins may be a turret requiring no skill to use (At least in your opinion, I presume), but Minotaur can, I've heard, dominate battles quite easily, and Jam, although new and untested, provides a great gold-hunting combo (however, Dict M2 doesn't have the health nor the speed of Viking M2) and a mid-range paint to envy. If, due to some reason, you are unable to get past your revulsion of kits, Fire M2, even at Major when it unlocks, is still very OP, and if you don't have the crystals to buy a kit, would be a good choice.
