time to get strict. enough is enough. yes, we do everything according to the leader, then also the parkour fails, that means there was a fault in the idea. but our fault is that we r the faults. we don't even listen to ANY1! . so this r going to be some suggested rules. i wish leader takes them srsly- 1. ANY1 who shoots without permission from leader, will be issued warning. co-leaders have no power to give permission. 2. when u r asked to do something, by leader, don't ask Q's, just do it 3. co-leader has no rights when leader is present. if leader has to go, co-leader takes charge. 4. suggestions are to be taken from every1. when we enter battle, leader tells the target. while this part is going on, nobody should move even an inch. so, leader asks for suggestions to reach that target. suggestions are given. leader decides which might work. after decision, nobody is allowed to say 'umm... i knew it would fail. i said u should listen to me! nugs! this this should be done...blah blah blah....' u get instantaneous warning point. leader may, ofc, ask if the suggestion chosen should work or not. every1 may like or dislike. but m telling u- nothing about the ideas AFTER this asking and all is done. we just spam like that. 5. after this, nobody talks except saying 'a bit left, a bit right, shoot' etc. 6. then we do what leader says. nothing like 'no, i can't' or something. u keep quiet and obey 7. disobey of any of these rules results in warning point. these rules may seem harsh, but look, we need them! basically, what is needed most is order. every1 needs to stick to it! __________________________________________________________________________________________-- i won't spam by making another post, but, can any1 help me with missions? my missions- as u see, the rwrds r superb. thats y asking ya all....
