This sheer lack of originality burns me.
When I first joined Tanki, almost every celebration had something new to offer - surprise gold box content was a new thing. Black boxes, containers dropping from the skies - a new thing. New kinds of contests. Not to mention, gifts, holiday paints, banners, gold skins... they were always new, and as different from their previous version as possible.
Recently, banners, gifts and gold skins started to be re-used. This I silently tolerated - perhaps there were some short term issues at Perm. But this time, Tanki went simply beyond my patience limit by re-using the holiday paint - and a bad one, at that.
Sometimes, I am not particularly interested in sales simply because I don't have enough crystals for any kind of sale, or I'm saving for something else, that kind of stuff. But every time, without fail, I'm excited about the new paint that will be coming. "Think the paint will be a good one?" I frequently ask my friends. "I'm gonna save up at least 60k, in case the paint is good enough for me to buy." Event during the most uninteresting celebrations, paints are always new. This time, of course, nothing like that happened.
Yes, I'm sure there's an explanation. But I'm going to stay mad as long as I'm not given a convincing one. You can't expect me to comfort myself with "There's an explanation, probably something to do with Kemerovo." If there is an explanation, I ask for it - not because I doubt it's existence, but because I simply want it.
