Isida m1 is not worth the price at all; if you want isida then save for osaka kit. Rico m1 is really good, but takes some getting used to and is usually effective on small-mid range maps with at least a few walls or obstacles to utilize. Smoky m1 is very versatile and can be OP with DD; it also helps with aim and can compete in almost any map...and it is the cheapest of the 3 options you listed which would give more room for saving for a m1 hull. It mainly depends on which turret and gameplay style you enjoy the most though.
