Anyways, back to staying on topic....does Rail's impact get weaker as the shot passes through more than one tank?

You want a cookie mate? Oh wait, that's a biscuit in some cultures *cough* English *cough*. Just messing around, the UK has a neat system for their language. As are many words such as "ain't" which triggers me too :P

Hmm, while I agree that Trump handles things...inappropriately; so did those whom kneeled. Imho, making a protest that goes past the original intention and then continuing it is very disrespectful.

Honorable vs. honourable *brain explodes*

What's your opinion on the kneeling controversy?

This is one of those it depends moments. If your play style is aggressive and fast paced with less camping; BP is a better fit. If your play style is strictly strategic and conservative ( more supportive in most cases), then XP is a better fit. BP gets flipped so much, even if you are a "pro" at it; the speed is a good bonus though (although it is much slower than it used to be). XP has drift, which in itself is both a disadvantage and an advantage depending how you use it in certain situations. XP has more stability, but has more height and is slower. From what I've seen, BP users tend to rely on speed to dodge whereas XP users actually try to outsmart the opponent with calculated risks in their movements and thinking ahead of their opponent to the best of their ability. I could go much further with this, but I personally think that I would be getting biased at that point as a XP user ;)
