Hammer m2 isn't as good as other m2s and against m3s it SUCKS. You can buy atlas at major (I guess you will have ~190000 then) and then save for m3s.

Hornet/Smoky is a difficult combo to use. Your smoky shots will be off-target if you hit while driving/turning. F/W is better IMO.

Atlas or Northerner. I would suggest you atlas to play only polys cps with titan-twins and finish always in the first place.

You won't be able to do plans 1-2 if you don't buy crystals. You don't need more than 2 m2 kits. I would suggest you to buy just ram( cheap and op for poly cp ). If you buy ram, you won't be able to buy mosquito before colonel. At that time you can buy man-o-war kit. So, I think the best plan for you is anaconda-ram-man-o-war.
