I think the solution for this is simply releasing all country paints & make them expensive like hell. And the rarity in container is exotic but you will exactly get the country chosen in settings. also a nice way for extra money ofc

I can understand someone wearing foreign flags if they are simply similar to theirs, or like Balkans, wear each other's country (because why not? we have more options for a paint). But if someone just equips random paint for completely no reason, i cannot see any sense there.
