Did you check the alteration on the hull as this is were the skin is stored now. Go in the garage, Hull and select hornet, in the Information panel click on Alteration and you should find there the Hornet XT skin. Do the same with the railgun. See below how it looks now: If they are not there you need to contact the helpdesk.

The 50% of the event do not accumulate with shop discount. As you already have 50% with the pass, you don't have an additional 50% from the event.
