How many ideas are actually feasible and in line with TO strategy (if any). If i propose a tank with 3 tracks or unflipable tanks among others ideas and none of them are implemented, I will make a complain that they didn't listen, in all the topic i can find. There is probably a couple of good idea but they can't be implemented for x reason (game structure, coding issue, time) you can't have all the idea updated at once either. Some good idea are just drown in the middle of the pile of useless posts and their potential overlooked as some people just keep attention to them. Losing crys is never a good news, that's why I don't do more than 15mins battles (always something can go wrong: servers busy, lags or broadband just died). Btw "servers busy, lags or broadband just died" also exist on other online games (slither.io,...). Working on reducing it is always good on the server side and coding, but people can also buy better computers too. When it lags too much call a friend and play Combat: this lag free Tank game from good old time On the other hand TO should be more careful on the communication prior to big change and be better at managing tankers expectation. Paint changes is the best example, could the split, the new expensive paint and the new kit product update be all done at the same time? instead of 3 steps? or explain all the steps. I didn't see the brand new scroll bar (too thin) on the shop, i had to go back after I saw the memes about it. A more obvious scroll bar or a longer window would definitely help to see that there is more option below (especially if you're new to the game, #justsaying).

Yes, Lelouch, it's a fair comment, especially if you play on the summer night theme map, the effect would be even worth for the player eyes if flash and brightness is not taking into account during dvp. I guess it is up to the programmer and tester to find the right effect not too blindly/flashy. The purpose of the mine is to blind the view of the tank not to hurt the eyes of player. This is why I proposed something blueish/reddish and greenish not brite white. The problem with this forum/topic is that it's not clear who or if we can summarize all the useful comments, as the topic developed. I didn't created this topic, therefore I cannot update the first post with good comments and thoses would be lost in the flow between the genuine post and the trolls posts.

Someone wants to be mode instead of the current mod? I felt sorry for you to learn that your tank doesn't have eyes, I hope it is not brainless too. Regarding your pertinent question about your team mate, not sure you would understand my proposal, but let's assume you would. Let's say that when you drop a flashbang grenade you let know your team so they can close their eyes in time in order to avoid the flashbang effect. Don't take this literally and don't expect it to happen in the game, just assume that for simplification of the gameplay it happens automatically so your team can benefit from your action even if you don't tel them you dropped a big one. The same way as your mine explode only enemy tank and not the tank from your own team when they drive over it. This is a game with rules and specifics parameters to make it a playable experience, this is not the real life. [off-topic comment] Just for you (and someone else i will not named) I have created the following topic: Name one thing that creates lag on TO. This would now fall under rule #6, i trust you (beta tester of Tanki X) will follow this very important rule and post there when you have the need to complain about lag.

Everybody disregard any idea on forum by just saying "it will create more lag" or just complain about the lag for no good reason. If this is your type, then this game is for you. Rules:- 1. This is a good idea, flashbang supply is definitely appealing. I would like to build on this idea and propose some variation of my own which would improve the current concept. I propose a different variant of the flashbang mine remote controlled: a more simple concept as Flashbang Grenade - This name would clearly differentiate this supplies to the standard current mine. - The flashbang grenade mechanism would be similar to mine with a twist, it will activate 1 sec after ejection and explode right after blinding tanks insight for a couple of seconds. - Not remote activation, but it means using a new key on the crowded keyboard and also make to my POV this weapon too powerful. - And some other small differences… So here below a summary of all the characteristic for the Flashbang grenade supply: This supplies is not destructive and will not remove life The supplies would be the shape of a grenade and fall from the top of the tank, It would be coloured with the team colour (light blue for blue team and light red for red team (TDM,CTF,CP modes), green for DM mode) The flashbang's grenade mechanism would be similar to the mine with a twist, it will activate 1 secs after ejection and explode right after in a bright blinding explosion. Enemy Tanks catching sight of a flashbang's flashes would have their entire screen turning reddish/blueish colour obstructing complete view. The screen will gradually fade to white, leaving a white circle then the circle fades. Affect all enemy tank in the vicinity (within xx meter radius – should be wide enough to flashes tanks on the top floor of Brest map) which are looking in the direction of the flash. Enemy Tank turning their back to the mine will not be affected. The closer to the mine explosion the longer the blinding effect: 2 seconds screen obstruction and takes 2 more second for circle to completely fade (4 seconds in total). The further away from the epicenter of the flash, the blinding effect would reduce progressively until you reach the perimeter of the max flash effect area. Outside the max perimeter enemy tanks will only see a quick and weak reddish flash (if they are part of the blue team) or whitish in DM mode. Your team would not be affect and will see a quick and weak blueish flash (if they are part of the blue team). Optional: A buzzing/whistling sound (like a shock grenade) could also be added for amplifying the game play experience and people will not hear the battle noise correctly adding a blind effect to the ears of the enemy tankers. Buzzing sound will fade as the flash effect wears off . If you have a double Armor supplies activated, the blinding effect would carry on for 50% longer: 3 seconds screen obstruction and takes 3 more second for circle to fade (6 seconds in total). If enemy tank have a double Armor supplies activated, the effect would be 50% shorter for them: 1 second screen obstruction and 1 more second for circle to fade (2 seconds in total). The blinding effect on enemy screen will disappear faster if you died (1 second circle fading). The blinding effect on enemy screen they died while blinded (1 second circle fading) so they can see where they spawn or miss the gold box. Smart cooldown would be similar to mine, wait 20s for activating a new grenade or mine, 15s DD, 10s RK and 15s DA. This supply will cost 50 crystals to align with current standard supply price. No drop box supply on the map for this (same as mine) Would be given as a reward for completing daily mission and mission chain, can be purchased for crystals in the Shop and as a gift when you buy a product kit. Protection module for mine will also protect from the flashbang grenade. Battle screen effect 4s sequence from the flashbang grenade activated by blue team from a red tank point of view: As you see in the picture above, the effect is quite short to be able to be used during gold box hunt, thus avoiding more coding complication. Also not every tankers will use this strategy for gold hunting as you can't activate too many option due to the smart cooldown. If the tanker who activated it dies, then the effect accelerate to the last second effect. If you have double armor then the effect is shorten too and to finish only tank from the other team would be affected by the flash. How it could look in the Garage and icons proposal:

Hi eragon33, Nice artwork you do, I saw your drawing style and like it very much. I think it fit the TO spirit and would be perfect for the idea i have. I have one idea that involves a new map theme and that would require a new hull type. I found out that lots of good idea posted on the forum of TO are not really taking into account,and that there is a lot of idea for TO to choose from (lost of competition). I think I got a good idea and would like to convince lost of people (and TO) that it is worthwhile. I believe that nice illustrations are powerful tool to get noticed and better understand the idea. Therefore adding your illustration showing the idea (map them and the new hull in action) to a post on the forum would be perfect. Please let me know if your interested and I don't know how you work so let me know how you would like to proceed if interested. PS: I cannot send you message?!

Idea for a Battle mode: Massive Attack I proposed a new battle mode on top of the 5 existing one: this mode would be played with the magical and mysterious “Blue Sphere”. Players are divided into 2 teams. The goal is for team to get the blue sphere and keep it as long as possible. They need to prevent the opposing team to capture it back. A team gets score-points when the blue sphere is under their control and the enemy got no score point. If a tank takes the blue sphere, it lose all active supplies and paint protection (as long as he hold the blue sphere), you can only defend yourself with your turret, run for cover and hope for protection from your team. If you have the blue sphere and get killed, you lose it and the blue sphere is dropped where you were killed. However, your teammates can retake it and continue. If the blue sphere is lost by your team and touched by an enemy tank it belongs to the enemy team and the enemy team starts to score point. The winner is the team which reach the maximum score-points or, when the time is up, with the more score point. When the battle starts, you need to capture the blue sphere as soon as possible, it would be in the middle of the map on the portal. And then hide into a safe place or an open area with cover on one side. Team spawn points are close to their base. It should be noted that in this mode, each member of a team plays a very important role. Usually, a team with fewer players, or with players who are unable to work together, rapidly begins to lose. Hi guys, There is a lot of offensive weapon and supplies in the game, and few defensive weapon/supplies. We should re-balance this. This supply has been proposed before on this topic, however it is different from what i have read before. This additional supply will bring a new dimension to the game and will require strategy adaptation and bring more action/excitement. This supply is a defensive supply and would not remove life, but help to stay alive longer. Defensively we are quite limited with the mine that only act locally, while this supply can definitely help to protect from long distance killer foes such shaft, thunder and rail gun; get the flag and disappear right or left ans slow down your follower? Mask the gold box signal or make think it is actually were you activated this supply … it will also allow dramatic effect for parkour video… Name: Smoke Screen / Smoke Cloud / Camouflage Smoke (pick one) Like a mine its action will be localised where it has been activated (when you press the 6 key) in the center under the tank. The smoke screen will spread immediately from 0 to a 15-30 meter radius equally in every direction (as there is no wind on TO) with a growth rates of 7.5-15 metres per second (= 2 seconds to fully deploy) and it will disappear when you are killed. The smoke screen would be more intense in the middle 100% max opacity on 5-10 meter and will become less and less opaque as you travel to the edge of the cloud. The smoke would look like bluish smoke for blue team and reddish for red team (greenish or whitish in DM mode). Slow down tank: The opponent team will be affected (slowed down by 30%) by the smoke screen while your team could see through better and would be able to aim at foes in your friend smoke screen. Less shooting accuracy: Opponent aim would be less accurate while driving in the smoke screen and also far away aiming would be affected the same way if you aim at tank in the smoke screen or beyond. Sniper in scope vision would not be able to see through (like when too much bush between you and the target), and any other turret would not be able to aim as good as usual. The opponent entering the smoke screen will still see through like when you walk in the fog, you can see well close to you but less when 10-15 meters away – therefore this would not affect the gold box hunt (in contrary this would protect small tank against evil shaft that nastily kill from distance and don’t participate to the hunt; yes I heard that we are evil) Would stay for 20-30s (not too long otherwise it would looks like we are in UK we won’t see the blue sky for a whole day). The supply cool down is 20 (after end of the one activated) and can be block when other supply are activated (same as the mine). Other supplies would be blocked the same amount of time as when the mine is activated. Like the interaction of mine and double damage, if you associate double armor supply with the smoke screen you would either increase the span time life of the smoke screen or double the volume of the cloud (or both with 50% increase instead of 100%). Limit of use: Amount per game could be limited to max 6 per 15 minutes in that case and you can recharge automatically up to 6 when the next game start therefore no need to go back to the Garage.(to be discussed as I think only trial/test would help to define the best options) see post (http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=246957&p=5639318) Limit of use: will be deactivated on small maps and DM (to be discussed) Limit of use: Available only after brigadier level or on pro-mode battle (to encourage people to play more pro-battle or buy more premium account) or ASL map or special TO special day/celebration - (to be discussed) Should be 50 crystals (to be aligned with the other supply cost) No box supply on the map for this (same as mine). Could be given by daily mission or mission chain or TO special day/celebration Every opponent is affected and there is no paint against (so far).
