And yes i am sure i have changed password many times with the same email I have never changed my email in tanki I have pressed it 5-6 times but i don't get messages

I try to change password but i can't....When i press on '' Change Password and e-mail'' it says that the letter with instructions was to your e-mail adress...But nothing sent to my e-mail...Why?
