I also sometimes see the smiley thing but it usually disappears in a matter of seconds, not even 3 seconds so as @Impulse said, if the game loads perfectly without any problems than everything is fine. A bit off-topic but it kinda makes me laugh when I see it that smiley thing on the Flash sometimes especially the little wink. ;)

I don't think this topic is necessary as if anyone wants to play 1 vs 1 than he/she can make her/his own Duel Club and challenge others or get challenged by other players who want to play against you.
