There has been quite a lot of problems with Firefox. Recently many players complained about Firefox having different kind of errors, and other things so it is from their side. I would recommend you to try using Google Chrome, Client from the homepage or simply the Standalone Flash Player for a better gaming result.

I have heard some others getting blocked because of some payment issue with PayGarden as well. Since I don't live in the US and I don't use Gift cards to buy through PayGarden, I don't know how things work in there but that is the way you pay when it comes to Gift Cards on the US in TO. Can you take a picture of it please since I didn't quite understood it. You lose health by touching a destroyed tank before it disappears? And if the mine was planted by the enemy team than it is normal to lose health if you get blown by it or if you are in DM than you will lose health if you touch anyone's mine regardless of who she/he is but you won't lose health by the mine you planted yourself so it is strange that you are losing healht by your own mine. Avoid using Turrets that deal self-damage like Twins, Thunder, Ricochet with the alteration that deals splash damage and you won't lose health anymore.

Attempting to do parkour in a public battle is a waste of time. Create a private battle and do proper organised parkour with friends. Also, please if you want to discuss about parkour please do so in the appropriate section. Personally I see parkour battles as a place where you can come in if you want to play the game, but don't feel like concentrating and trying to win. It's like a chillout place, a place to relax where you can come and drive around, jump off cliffs, blow up on mines, troll others, chat and just enjoy the game without worrying about being useful for your team. If you want serious parkour with a high chance of real accomplishments - it is better to go to closed battles with reliable friends and pro parkourists. Game Violators section has more than enough reports coming in daily anyway, so I'd say that parkour "violations" aren't important enough to be sorted by the GV team. In fact, at the moment there is no official rule stating that killing, pushing and laying mines in parkour is prohibited, therefore banning players for "sabotage" in parkour is simply wrong, only way to do something about these kind of players is to vote and if a battle moderator comes than he/she will deal with the violators. Next time that an actual game violation takes place in one of the battles you are playing please report them in the Game Violations section.
