This is a common bug most people who use the client have been suffering from the past days. As mentioned in the V-LOG's preview, the developers are already aware of this bug and am pretty sure they are trying to fix it as fast as they can. The bug starts after the "An error occured" pop-up.

In addition to what @Ninja said, fill in this form to have the crystals wasted by the hacker returned.
