It's a glitch that happened to me quite a few times. Just close your client/browser or flash player and open it again. You will get your crystals back if not use the form mentioned by @CooperO above.

If the problem still persists try running the game on a web browser or StandAlone Flash Player. What is StandAlone Flash Player?

If you can't run the game on chrome, try running it on another browser or use the TO client/StandAlone Flash Player.

Do this: Delete the client Then delete the local store folder Re-download the client If it doesn't work, enter the game via a web browser or Stand Alone Flash Player.

Hello! I downloaded the latest flash player ( 23 ) and entered TO. Everything loads perfectly apart from battles. Then I started using flash player 19 and the problem is still the same. Please help me.The screen stays like that and it crashes.
