To be honest, this is messed up... I usually use drugs to counteract other druggers.With this update, someone on full drugs can run into your base while you're on a cooldown and you can't do anything about it?! Like seriously, what's the point? What do you expect us to do, hide in some quiet corner for 40 seconds everytime?
