I hate how slow Tanki is to help people when they message them with issues which need fixing.

Cedric Debono said players who bought alterations would get a 50,000 crystal refund if theirs was lost. It's a half hour till server restart and the ending of the alteration sales. Does this mean I will get 100,000 instead to buy my alteration back if I don't get refunded before the restart?

It's fine I just hate it when i see the green wrench appear over the tank im attacking :/

I wish I could try the high capacity frum alt for Hammer M2 but tanki's issues took the alteration away from me before I could go into battle

Yes that one. Tanki has 1 hour and a half to get me my deserved crystals before the sale ends and i will be demanding 100,000 from them to afford the alteration

Whenever I message the Tanki help desk, one of two things happen: 1. They never reply 2. They have no idea what they're talking about if they do When I make a post on the P&S forum, I rarely ever get a reply from an official mod to tell me how to fix the issue. Thursday, I attempted to buy the High Capacity Drum alteration for my hammer. It worked and my crystal funds went from 126,000 to 76,000 roughly. I then used 75,000 to micro upgrade my hammer to 25/50 and my hornet to 10/50. I went into battle thinking I'd lay waste of whatever tank crossed my path having an M2.5 turret on but i noticed I was stil only getting 3 shots per clip. This alt really helps with druggers since they heal themselves on your second shot, making the third useless then you have to reload and during that time you're helpless to attacks. So, after figuring out my alteration wasn't working, I left the battle and went into the garage. I was not happy to see I had to buy it again. It's like they removed it from my garage because the option to be it was there again. So, since then, I've been trying to get in touch with somebody to help me, but have gotten nowhere at all. CooperO showed me a screenshot of a post Cedric Debono made that players will be refunded 50,000 crystals for this issue and I haven't yet been refunded. Also, the same night the alteration sales came there was a second server restart to fix the issue but my alteration was still up for purchase. Now I'm suck playing ANOTHER waiting game for Tanki to get their butts in gear to fix the problem that many of us are facing. Whoever they got working in that department need to be fired. This is pathetic. I was so glad to see I'd finally have my dream tank! Hornet M2 Hammer M2 and the new Hammer alteration. Sadly, the the game's bugs prevented me from getting that and now I'm stuck relying on people who can't even do their jobs to fix it. Tanki should start thinking highly on replacing some people.

Cedric Debono made a post that all players who lost their alterations due to the glitching in the game the other night would be refunded 50,000 crystals to get their alteration again. Server restarts at 8:00pm for me so if I don't get 50,000 by then, I'll need 100,000 crystals to get back my alteration. Been a few days and I haven't gotten any help from anybody I have contacted.

I hate this waiting game -_- The help service for this game is really cruddy. Also, I guess I will have to contact them everyday to add it back until they do so :/

SAME HAPPENED TO ME!!!!

So, I contacted the Tanki help site to see if they can put back my alteration I bought into my account. I explained it to them what happened, but all they had to say was this: Obviously they can't help. I have 1,049 crystals so they're wrong not only that but didn't even say anything about my alteration being removed from my account. So, I feel the only way to fix this is to add 50,000 crystals into my account so I may buy it again. I'm not asking for compensation, just 50,000 so I can buy it again. I can't possibly make 49,000 crystals by 8:00pm to get it. I heard there was a second server restart last night to fix this whole alteration nonsense but sadly it didn't fix my issue.

Also, I made another topic about my hammer, I bought the high capacity drum alt for my hammer and equipped it, but in battle i was still getting only 3 shots for the full clip. So I left the battle, went to the garage and I noticed the alt had to be purchased again. I had 76,000 crystals left after buying and with those i micro upgraded my hammer to 25/50 so i do not have enough to buy it. Could you find somebody to add it back into my account?

I bought an alt for my gun for 50,000 and then used the rest of my cry to micro my hammer and hornet. I went into battle to find my alt wasnt working. Left and went back to the garage to see the game had it up for purchase again and i dont have the funds for it.

I bought High Capacity Drum for Hammer M2 and had 76,000 crystals left over roughly. Here is an image as proof: After this I microed my Hammer from 0 to 23/50 then went into battle to test it out. Noticed I was still only getting 3 shots instead of 5. Notice the time in the pis above 8:06pm. I left the battle I was in and went back to the garage to see this: Notice the time is 8;14pm so this isn't a joke. The game glitched and now I cant buy it again. I DEMAND it be added back into my account. Free of charge of course since I paid for it.

So, I just bought M2 Hammer last night half off which is cool and all and it's VERY good in battle, especially on the Happy New Year's map, but I came across a VERY annoying glitch and that's a MAJOR understatement! When t comes to guns, I'm like Deadpool. I count how many I've shot and how many I got left. Been that way for me for years. The problem is, that sometimes, when I make the first shot in the clip, it takes away a chunk for two shots, meaning I get only two shots per clip sometimes which has landed me DEAD quite often and it's VERY irritating. Every time I kill an enemy, I'f I'm not in any major scuffle, I shoot the last remaining shots so I have a full clip. It just happened when I came across a user with M2 Hunter and M3 Thunder. I came with what I made sure was to be a full clip. I make SURE my clip is full when I come to enemy base. And it was. I saw him, shot him once and got his attention. He shot me and I shot him again. After barely living through his second shot, I went for my third shot, but nothing happened and I saw my gun...was reloading. I died because of this glitch. Most of the time I can waste M3 users with my M2 Hammer, but couldn't because of this glitch. It needs to be fixed.

Yeah i think you can have multiple equipped, but the new alt is best. The one increasing damage but makes reloading a couple seconds longer

Of course, this is a free to play game in general, but a great deal of players would need to buy to keep up with a lot of other players who are regular buyers. This game being filled with them, it forces people to need to buy. They can still decide not to buy, but then they're stuck with, say m1s against huge buyers with fully micro upgraded m2 product kits like Simoom and on drugs. In short, it's non buyer m1s vs buyer m6s. NOT that all buyers spend so much, but there are some. Just earlier a team mate on a Noise CTF game I was on had Northerner and when I checked him, his turret, hull and module were 50/50. the module, of course, being 10/10 and he was drugging. It's easy to assume he was going in circles, endlessly capping the flag, easily earning over 1,000 points in about ten minutes. I was able to get an M2 kit without buying since I was smart with my crystals, but I have only 5 micros on my hull and like 3 on my turret :/ I did buy the 30k bundle pack just to give myself a quick boost in crystals, though. Also, I just purchased M2 Hornet 40% off and tomorrow I'm getting M2 Hammer tomorrow along with its new high capacity drum alteration. Even if I hadn't purchased that bundle, I'd still have enough since the items are currently on sale where free players can get good equipment, thus proving your point this game is free to play with the exception that players, like myself are smart with their crystals. Say I didnt buy that bundle pack, say I didn't buy that kit...I'd have around a quarter million crystals. (250,000) But a lot of players I see in the chat even at my ranks mention that have low funds, most of the time the players have below 20,000. I'd then check their profiles and see they have a bunch of m0s and m1s and maybe an m1 turret or hull. These players, which, like I said, there are a lot of will need to buy to catch up, but that's up to them. It all comes down to how you spend your crystals. My old account which I abandoned is 2nd Lieutenant I have Viking m1, and Shaft m1. Everything else is either m0 or not even bought yet. My Shaft was 23/50 Mu and my Viking 20/50. I was only spending my cry on micro upgrades thus leaving me broke constantly with no chance of being able to save up for any m2s. I was planning on making my Shaft 50/50 so i could get the M2 at the rank of Major, but there's no way I could afford that. I needed to buy. But didn't. So, I started over. Was making enough cry to begin with on that new account. Needed to buy, but didn't. Again I started over. That's how this account came to life! With the Beginner's pass lasting nearly a month and being a recently new thing this year, it was basically a free premium pass, for, like I mentioned, nearly a month. During that time, I played a LOT. The pass lasted me until WO5! By then I had over 100,000 crystals, no buying! Shortly after hitting 3rd Lt, I bought possibly the weakest M2 kit there is. Voltage. Not only that, I was inexperienced with Railgun and Dictator, so not a very smart purchase. Either that or Avalanche, but I hated Hornet at the time and Freeze, I will never use that turret. Yeah it was 14,000 crystals cheaper, but I needed an upgrade from my M1 Smoky M1 Viking which I was very good with, but with tons of m2s running about, even my mastery of the combo wasn't enough in most battles. Simooms were everywhere -_- But, surprisingly, I got used to my new kit in fairly quick order and I no longer have to sit in place, adjusting my turret to make sure I'll hit my target when I fire. Now I can be moving, my target can be going the other way, I can simply turn my turret and fire and most fo the time, I hit my target. Voltage is a weak kit, but strong in the right hands. With it, I got into one of the strongest clans on TO. The Tanki Masters clan. Being a free player is hard, but not impossible. I've spent $6 bucks on this game from taking online surveys because I had nothing else to do. Other than the 30,000 crystal bundle I bought 2 gold boxes. You're right. You don't have to buy to play this game. I_already_won is right as well. For those who don't spend their crystals correctly, they'll have to buy. Like I said, it all comes down to how a player spends his or her crystals. I hope my reply can shed maybe the slightest hint of light on this and I wish you a happy new years!
