I dont do peek a boo. If im behind cover, i stay out, making the opponent do peek a boo, but i will shoot a fe times to make sure when they pop out i will hit them, plus its a form of suppressive fire to keep them hiding. Then I will look to see where my shot is and I will alter my aim to get my shot to be as close to the wall as possible, so when a hunter user does pee a boo on me, they get hit most of the time since they have to move out of cover, aim and shoot in a split second, whereas I know I will hit my target.

M0 firebird actually does afterburn now...so slight you dont notice, but it does! I hate that...

Im not "new" to the game, this is just one of the many accounts i have accumulated over the three years of playing. But you're wrong about hunter. Yeah it has faster acceleration but for any tank, it takes a couple seconds to get to top speed and viking is faster so, really, your exposure time is reduced with Viking. Plus, if i see a tank i know i cant take down and they dont see me, i dont bother shooting I just go the opposite way. But in cases they see me, I will stay and do whatever damage i can if there is no where to run, but luckily i did get away.

Vulcan is fun as all hell, but the alt for Smoky seems fun as hell too...but do I want to spend 70k more to get the Northerner and the alt just for the sake of an increased impact force? I'm leaning more towards getting Vesuvius...I wasted the entire enemy team is seconds last night on Rio where as I would have been there fighting for my life with Smoky, but with Vulcan, the enemy was running to save their own butts... In short, I'd save 20k to get a kit with a turret that's a lot more fun to use, or pay 20k more than that plus 50k for the alt just for a strong impact force with a turret that's harder to use...

I encountered my first enemy with the alteration for M1 Smoky on a Future DM battle. He was using Mammy M1 as well, and from a safe distance, hoping to not have me position figured out as I fired, but he saw me anyway. I got three shots out of him before he faced me. I was thinking that I got a few shots before he noticed me, so maybe I can kill him with at least a little life to spare, but nope! He fired. I was on shock at the sheer force at what the 30% increase in Impact force can do, that I sat there for a second, quite dumbfounded. The second shot told me I'd die soon and I better get back in the game, so I went to take another shot. As soon as I got on aim, I was blown back a good 80 degrees to the right, and with only two shots left before I'd be dead, I decided It'd be best to just run away. Taking a fourth and final shot, I was able to get to safety where I had to gather me wits back together. To be honest, I nearly bought this alteration, but I'm planning on buying the Vesuvius kit at First Lieutenant, since I have made up half of what I need already. Besides, the alt is 50k crystals, thus making me poor again if I were to buy it. 30k crystals is still a lot, but means I'd have to work harder to get one M2 turret. Sadly for me, I won't be getting to experience this alt for myself to use, but I know the next time I come across a player with this, I'm not going to stick around to ask for a tea party.

I use Dictator M0 on my back up and I love how the increased it's speed!

With its high impact force and quicker output of shots and increased ammo gives SMoky users at close range a challenge. M0s even get me quite a lot. I avoid the M1 users. The rare times I see an M2, I hit the friggin dirt!

I played a DM battle on Future last night and came across the first player with the alteration for the M1 Smoky. I shot him a couple times before he turned to me (he was an M1 Mammy so my shots must have hardly tickled) and with one shot, my tank spun a good 80 degrees to the right. by the time I was back on aim, I was shot again. Instead of fighting him....I ran. Never before had I done that from another Smoky user (I usually fight them to the death) but this guy was just mad!

Good point. Isidas are for people who are too lazy to battle so they find the nearest Shaft or Vulcan to camp behind and heal. I did this on Wave the other day...I managed to preserve the life of a mammoth and dictator m1 the whole battle since it was TDM and nobody crossed over to either side. I have an M0 isida, too....so yeah...
