Smoky works with viking and wasp very well, but it fades off and has damage comparable to shaft's arcade shot. Shaft can work well instead of smoky in long range maps like madness where sniping is useful. Smoky is for shorter ranges than thunder, since thunder is more powerful and can damage yourself. Yet smoky does not have a very high dps compared to twins or other mid-range guns. it is good for very special aplications, but is not very versatile
