For now, here's what I came up with... Feedback? I tested making things glow the right way (Railgun shot, center glowy thingy, lightning, and portal light), adding completely different elements in without making them look completely out of place (Portal), and adding a proper light source (Headlights)

Experiment, tested like 3 different things in this picture.

I'm almost done with this, but I can't find a way to make the edge of the portal blend properly. Can anyone help me out? :/ Pic from , took from Cpt's post. Also, what would I google for this bokeh/thingy effect?
