Eventually, yes. Hopefully the will finish Overdrives and fix MMS first.
-
That might seem nice, but it would be too good and would hurt the economy. It was pretty good before TBH. Can you please respond to my post above?
-
Correct. The height of the hull is what matters. The turret is basically empty space and can go through stuff (like houses, walls, gold boxes...) The hull is the only part that can touch things.

Why is it better? Standard containers will generally give you better rewards, especially in the lower ranks, which is generally where it matters. If you get a good start, you can compete against buyers for the rest of your life. If not, you are screwed. Also, normal containers give you access to things that buyers can get, like cool paints, gold boxes (wink wink RIDDLER) or XTs, even if they are rare. You can see other thoughts about it here. The only possible benefit I can see is the regularity of them: you always know what you are getting. So, please explain to me your feeling on the matter; why do you like this change?

My thoughts about the new container system: The only I played MMS was to get containers. I dont hate MMS, I just prefer XP/BP or other PRO battles. I still played MMS because with the containers, there was always a chance of getting an XT, shot effect, cool paint, or whatever. Even if I didnt get lucky, the suspense was always fun, like the lottery. Weekly containers arent the same. Yes, we still get 3 normal containers, but to me its not enough to justify playing MMS that much. Some people say more weekly containers are good because they give you more drugs and make it easier to play MMS for free players. Thats not wrong. But If Im not playing MMS anymore, I dont really need those drugs. There is no real incentive for me to play MMS anymore. I dont mind that, but if many people feel the same way about this, the efficiency of MMS will drop. I dont really mind the update itself, but I am worried that if there is less incentive to play MMS, the devs will make it PRO battles less lucrative to get people to play MMS. ^confusing text wall.

Mostly looks good, glad Duplet is getting nerfed, but... Seriously, we were doing so well with all the F2P, but now its regressing again.
-
OK, you got me. I thought you were serious.
-
Looks OK. With such a skinny design it must have been hard to get much detail on there.
-
The 1st page should probably say that, as it is misleading to anyone who has not seen this post. Right now, it basically says any complaints are welcome as long as they are not rude.

They always could, it just wasnt the main purpose.

So why does it give me points for capping a CP in MMS sometimes but not others? Is it just random to reduce the EXP gained?
-
True. You can also see the fund in PRO battles, something MMS is lacking. I believe the kits disappearing was attributed to them being rotated out. They will be back soon.
-
Lets just give you your own topic. "Aigaion's Alterations."
-
How about reducing the Juggernauts ability to heal itself, but massively buffing its HP? That way noobs (or anyone with an unlucky respawn) wont die instantly and actually be able to kill things, but you wont have campers who overdrive and heal for the entire battle.
-
You get 10 points, but only 1 EXP. However, there is a difference between private battles and PRO battles. Private battles are a type of PRO battle that can only be joined by the maker and anyone he invites, and I think thats the type you described, as you dont earn much EXP or any crystals. In normal PRO battles, you can earn EXP and crystals just like MMS.
-
Hold down space to fire the Striker salvo, tap it to fire single Railgun shots. You cannot gain crystals in private battles, and EXP is reduced to 1 per kill. Not sure how the control points work, but I have noticed that sometimes in MMS battles I get 0 score for capping points. Could be a glitch, IDK.

Black firebird looks badass.
-
I doubt this would happen. It would have to be the same price as kits for less equipment for it to be economically viable to the devs. Cuz why would you pay that extra money for a paint and module?
-
Indeed. Thats why it isnt always so bad to be playing higher ranks.
-
Look who is doing 2nd best on the red team...
-
Maf gave a nice explanation here.

Nives? (cri cri) EDIT: and Cedric isnt retired anymore.
-
Thats not really high on their list of priorities, as the map maker wasnt made for players to have fun, it was more for devs or official mapmakers and the occasional contest.
-
I assume you already know what an XT is, so you are asking what the word means I guess. As far as Im aware, it is just a cool looking combination of two letters, without any actual significance. EDIT: It could be Russian, like XP/BP.
