Is there a functional difference between a topic being archived and closed?

I imagine its difficult, but I just have the smert people in my clan do it for me :D

Arguably the best m2s are Firebird and Smoky. If you like Freeze than you already have a close-range weapon, so Smoky is a better choice. It really depends on your playing style though. BTW freeze is quite bad at m2. I would keep it at m1.

Railgun was nerfed because it was much too powerful and ruined game balance. The alteration is an option to make it viable without over-powering it. The reward for week 10 is, in fact, better than week 4 and more than balances out in a few weeks. That would already be good, but now chain progress cant be lost. As for the order of the sales, its not a big deal, TO is giving out so many MU sales now it should be no problem. And even if your complaints were true, the devs have not "lied" to us or "deceived" us in any way, shape or form that Im aware of. If you discover something, by all means let me know.
