We don't know if the developers have such plans but it is pretty safe to assume that Tankoin Tank will remain exclusive (obtainable only by buying it for full price or getting 100k tankoins from a coinbox). Valour on the other hand has a chance to be added to a challenge at some point.

Probably because the shot effect wouldn't be very noticeable. I never heard of a plan to create shot effects ares' ball and crusader's icicles but it sounds like a cool idea

It seems like there is a bug with the Brutus drone ever since the drone stopped consuming batteries.
