I don't think it will be added to containers as it was exclusive for the Power of Thankos set.

Hunter + Smoky isn't a bad combo - Hunter's OD is strong and effective for many situation. Smoky has some cool augments such as Autocannon (which seems to be a very popular augment among Smoky users). Feel free to check this Newspaper article --> All Augments Ranked: Smoky As for drones, the best drone right now is Defender, I have all the drones but I use Defender in most of my battles.

After the critical damage update most of the augments that applied special status effects (EMP, stun etc..) became weaker in one way or another.
