Changes to turrets/hulls may happen at any time and usually the developers do not give compensation to players. However, it's not a huge nerf, we should wait and see.

You can say so, the same thing that happened to Thunder (the bullet doesn't hit instantly)

Look, we are well aware of the fact that you despises Hopper. It's overpowered and everybody agree with you. But despite all that, you can't blame players for using Hopper..

When Tanki X was introduced, I was really excited too. But after trying Tanki X for awhile I didn't feel like leaving Tanki Online, a game I was already familiar with and I really enjoyed, for something very similar with updated graphics. I assume that many players thought the same. As to why they didn't get rid of Tanki Online and build on Tanki X - I would say that after spending a lot of resources and time on Tanki X, the developers did not get the expected results (e.g player base, money etc..). Thus, they decided to stick with Tanki Online, which was already more popular.

That has nothing to do with it. As explained above by Tokamak and TheCongoSpider, the "The Parade of Beginners" is activated as soon as you login to Tanki mobile for the first time (and not for the first time ever). Hence, he received those paints for completing enough missions.

He didn't understand how and why those paints appeared in his garage.
