It was mentioned in the V-Log that tanki is doing their best to help Mobile players, a good example for that is the new auto-shooting feature which was added recently. But, keep in mind that it's almost impossible to play as good as a PC player in Mobile.

As you've probably seen above, it's not up to tanki whether they want to keep flash or not. The replacement for flash is the HTML5 version, you can help improving it by leaving your suggestions in here, or report bugs you find in this thread. Topic closed.

Try clearing your client/browser cache, let me know if that fixes the problem. How to clear your browser’s cache? How to clean Tanki Online clients cache?

Changes like this are made all the time and sometimes we have to get used to it. From what I have seen, players seem to like this update. Take a few days to get used to the recent changes, maybe you will enjoy them eventually.
