The developers haven't added an option to disable the auto-shooting feature, they mentioned it will be added soon.

It costs more on mobile because google takes some money out of every purchase, so everything you can buy with real money on mobile is more expensive. There are no pro battles on mobile at the moment.

As far as I know "pausing" your premium account is not possible. The developers are aware of the issue with the server and are doing their best to fix it. Meanwhile, you can try clearing your browser/client's cache and see if that helps you.
