Obviously I wouldn't remove a video just because it shows a bug, the author of the video used "inappropriate" words which we do not allow in the forum. But I can assure you the bug will be reported.

Yes, the servers are down as the developers are fixing some problems. Check this for more info. The video is inappropriate for this topic, yet we will still report the bug.

It was mentioned in the V-Log that tanki is doing their best to help Mobile players, a good example for that is the new auto-shooting feature which was added recently. But, keep in mind that it's almost impossible to play as good as a PC player in Mobile.
