i would use the same past email they send you before due to this is a case number on your complaint.. now for the next time buying make sure you take a photo of the purchase in case this issue happens again.. and if you can instead of using your bank account to the system use something like pay pal or other company's this way you have a extra protection on you banking information ..

ok there are ways to get help in tech support .. first answer what ever questions you can .. also show proof with photo of your account .. the main thing is your Ip address matches to the account info and any other info you do have on it..also if you buy crystals this will be a huge help on your account cause they can see your account linked to you.. then you should be able to get your account opened to change password if non of them match them this account will be blocked . .. good luck p/s tech support is faster now then before ...once you have a return email .. it indicates there working on your case file ..

well there is a pink tank that is in the UK and they use it in the gay pride parades ...for hearts on the tanks ..well the girls in the office might have come up with this one thinking about the girls in the game .. which if they did a survey with the girls they would find most of them are not into buying that paint .. it has no purpose for it now.. why spend crystals on any paint when they have no purpose .. . for the upgrades over priced ..why ..still have never given reasons for it.. here is some i have seen over the years make up testing and how its done .. and the damage it has been done on animals erosion of the planet ... water table .. how to get dirty water to clean drinking water and there stages .. electricity using a potato or other items how to create a game or computers human body anything can be used on this like cancer to the circle of life and what our body's go threw solar panels / wind / water / - making a car or charge up a item.. the crazy idea is .. to run a computer off a bag of potato and see how many you would need to even just get power to get it turned on..

also the safari use to be 1k now 75 k so not right.. just cause they look at it as high end merchandise for example. high end paint or paint in high demand should be priced higher so they think they get more buyers but on the other hand paints that are not pretty or more to camouflage is cheaper where is the logic in that ... this is a strategy game of skills and trying to hide for the opponent to sniper at them .. would you not think those should be more on high demand not the paints that stood out.. also those paints that are in high demand was based on there protection they had this is why players bought them more.. it was not that they looked good .. it was more the opposite to what there thinking .. if they had done a question survey they would have found out it was more on protection...

i only briefly read it and to me , i will still be ended up getting kicked from the battles .. been there so many times .. i'm sorry but i don't have any thing good to say about it ..

that kick system has been in the system before .. players abused it and kicked anyone they felt like .. this created a head=ache for players ..cause they were getting kicked out with in the last 2 min of battles and players lost all there hard earn crystals from the battle... this kick button did not solve the issues back then so why would it this time..???

not sure if this player had lag or something .. due he was shooting and it never hit me not one shot.. and this was not the beginning of the shooting part it was a good few seconds into it ...

ok now second day in a row with this popping up and mainly in the last two minutes or so at the end of battles.. now i know my tanks look small it cause my son was working on my system last night adding new stuff .. it has nothing to do with the over all system just size changed for my tanki ..lol as you can see my ping / lag is normal so this has nothing to do with me.. also i have played yesterday on 4 of my 8 accounts and only once in my second battle it showed up on another server and account..please tanki fix your servers ...

I hope someone can change this record soon... it's starting to get boring listening to it...over and over again Just end this madness and give us the answer's we seek..

well how do you think your going to get more customers if you hide in the closet .. I too run a small business and we have to put out info to get more customers to survive ..if you don' t you can't live on bread and water .. you need to get out there to enhance the company.. this is how large corporate company's work .. stop handing out those I-pads or what ever you give out at these give always and give more on items that are cheaper and can get more bang for your bucks..

All I can say is that ...This was a waste of our time as players complaining it all went on death ears.. nothing has or will change... we all knew how this program worked you have been explaining about it since Oct 9 2015 ...and in open chat.. you turned your back on the players then and even now ... these prices don't measure up .. to be fair at all...

not good .. you could have been there to promote the game to get more players on board... you can't look at it in this kind of way.. sometimes you have to take a loss to get a gain...and yes you can also spend a lot of money for nothing... but this is what taking a chance is all about... either take a baby step or a giant leap ....

Yes I'am ....as long as your team is also happy, for doing this for the players ,it makes it all worth wail... Now players would like to know if and when will you be back on line to answer the many question we have about those issues in the past two weeks..
