i had the same issue and tech support will ask u if you took a video of the gold battle . well i hope you get yours cause i just got mine now ..so good luck and yes contact tanki on line support

issues on russian 3 players list in battle are missing and has been send to tanki..and other issues on the same server open chat removed by me

check this out ..this is games with no players is what is also being said about this issue..chat was removed by me...

i have done this and there stupid response to it was do u have a video of it ...why would i have a video of every game i play then i would have issues with lag and stuff cause it would slow my computer down and i`m not at all im pressed with customer server they for ever come up with some lame excuse not to give the refund when its plain as day in there face i had it ..this happened before and they refuse to give as well

it don`t this is where the issues are ..due to lag this week its not

we are loosing out on gold every time this happens and i have reported it and still not fixed.. it clearly says gold to drop and just before this happened they had lag issues when i entered the game so the timer was wasted on lag then game is over...

i knew about it long time ago but what about the gold crystals i should have gotten ??

hope this wont happen to u this week due to tanki lag issues this cost me a gold box and as you can see its in my tummy case now closed they gave me the crystals back for this issue

as you can see in photo ping and lag on my end is good but not with tanki and its not my server when i get over 5 ..so this is and has been issues with tanki all week my lower account

well this is a major glitch and i want my crystals for this one...this happened on my lower account just a few minutes ago..due to tanki lag issues..gold is in my tummy ...
