I don't think so. Sometimes I face upto 250 total protection against rico in polygon. It's too much, never seen that much against Smoky.

I don't think lately unlocked kits are better. Railgun is always best and it unlocks early..... Try to do atleast 7-8 before reaching at Lt. general. And rest of MUs you can later..... My favorite kits are Jackhammer, Legend & Cardinal. Try viking, it's better than Hunter for now in speed and stability, but an upcoming update 'Hull characteristics' might make Hunter better.
