I expected the "weekly net value" for lower ranks to increase more due to this new system (well, I don't know that it's called weekly net value, but I understand the graphs at least). If you mean that if the impact force from turrets can move the ball or not, I don't think so. But I think it's a pretty neat idea to have. But then again, people will then only be using turrets with high impact forces in RGB.

That would be then called a power levelling rank up party. Don't confuse it with rank up party. I've always done my rank up parties when I was 5-15 experience away from rank up. That is 1-2 kills. I am not sure how many others do it. I just find it more convenient and quick. If you are talking about power levelling rank up party, then yeah I am sort of against it too since then it would classify as the same as power levelling. If it is just around or less than 50 exp left till rank up, I think it's pretty fair to call it a proper rank up party.
