The site has had a bug lately, so I would either contact Tech support to check your amount of kills, or wait for your rewards that'll give you an idea of how much kills you did.

Chat seems a bit outdated. "#nick" leads to outdated information were you could change your nickname for "100,000 crystals" while now you have to buy a "Re-name pass" in the Shop. "#updates" lead to older patch notes (2010-2016).

Mate, this is honestly just tiring to talk about. That's your opinion towards how the developer's are dealing with the system. My point of view and opinion is much different, I accept your opinion and respect it. But now is a good time to end this discussion because if it continues it'll just turn into a flame war.

S/he's post triggers me only because from my point of view it's different from s/he's of course and most people get triggered and offended by some things and don't know how to accept it, but as soon as I feel that emotion kicking in I accept it and try look at it from another perspective, I'm just acknowledging it. I've been helping players, such as answering questions, reminding them of game rules etc "Wanna-be-mod" is more like it, and I do somewhat find this more interesting because I want to be respected by players not because I have an icon beside my name nor powers. But because I'm another normal player in their eyes, I do see a huge change to were I talk to players and send them links to the wiki, help site, forum you name it, I see a huge change to their behaviour and reaction to my help, or in their eyes I might be attacking them, I enjoy watching and understanding other user's emotions and basically studying it at the same time. Moderator's are volunteers, they have friends, family, work to take care of as well they already contribute as much as free time as they can when working in the chat, forum, help site. being online 24/7 is a huge help, but some of us have work and families to take care of, Tanki is just another thing on our list.

You're comment and post honestly triggers me, and I have a huge paragraph about how I think they work, but I will respect your opinion. And honestly all moderator's are human too and have in life activities as well, work, family, friends holidays etc..So they can't be online 24/7 but I can tell you that when I see their moderation in the chat I am inspired and I'm very fond of the moderation of the EN community in Tanki, and hopefully would love to join the team one day in the future, because I know how hard they work when they can and put as much as effort into it. Plus have you seen General 1 how fast the chat speeds when their online answering players questions, moderator's have to gather proof for every ban they issue as well, collecting proof while the chat is speeding I imagine it can be quite hard, plus having 16-20 players asking you questions. And how many players break the game rules per minute in the chat..it's just intense collecting proof, checking player karma, taking the reasonable reaction to it according to Game rules that's a mission.

The development team of Tanki is honestly small, and the thing when it comes to coding and all that, it's not something that can be easily solved, you have to find the source of the trigger of the bug, and in a game like Tanki I can imagine, it's way harder to do than coding a Discord bot, and coding a discord bot is hard lol, I can image how hard it would be to code the game.

This is a known bug in matchmaking and the Developer's have already mentioned it to us in . Honestly who would wait for 16 minutes or above in that matter, it was suggested in that V-log that you shouldn't wait more than 2 minutes, otherwise you will be facing a really long time to get into a single match, but honestly waiting that long while "Exit" is clearly there for you to attempt and try again..So anyway I only wait for 35 seconds, if I do not get put into a game within that time I will hit "Exit" and try again 35 seconds, I get sent into my desired mode within the next 1-5 seconds. Just try it out for the time being until they find a fix with the long waiting times it will really help you out I'm 99% sure.
