Do you do Parkour or OMP? If so, go for Thunder. Otherwise, I would suggest getting Twins M2. Reason: Twins performs well in small-mid range maps whereas Thunder will probably deal self-damage. Also, I have heard that Twins is much better, especially in DMs.
