I got this yesterday. I haven't played much today though, yet. Yesterday my server connection kept closing almost every time I tried to enter a battle. :(

Shared timers is probably necessary because of spammers. They could just go into other channels and spam those as well. Things would be in a bigger confusion than they are in already.

I still haven't completed 400 yet... :(
