true, you unlock the first M3 at Sergeant Major - Siberian kit which has freeze m2 and hunter m1 can be bought in the shop, in garage it unlocks at WO2, you can get freeze m2 at WO5 - strange that you can actually get it at 5 ranks earlier and upgrade it to M3
