It's everything you have listed, from collecting player feedback to planning and running events, contests, programs like Youtuber TO and features like the V-LOG. How intense is your workload depends on the week, but on average, it's not impossible, just a lot of things, constantly, every day, every week, every holiday. I would highly advise to apply for CM positions only if you can handle it.
