Tankers! Halloween is very close, and with it, as we’ve promised earlier, a truly mega release! In the next several days a ton of new and interesting features are coming to Tanki Online. Today we will tell you what’s coming after the restart on October 30th, and it’s just a start. Daily mission changes Here the most significant change is the rework of the weekly mission chains. They will be removed from the game, and in their place weekly missions will be added. Each week you will get 3 missions, which you need to complete within 7 days. The first mission is one of the standard daily missions, but with increased requirement for finishing it. The second and the third missions are always the same, and to complete them the player needs to finish 10 and 20 daily missions respectively. Among the prizes for weekly missions are regular containers and new weekly containers, which have some number of crystals and supplies, corresponding to your rank. If you will complete all 3 weekly missions, the overall prize will be not less than the sum of bonuses from completing a level 10 mission chain — without the need to maintain mission chain 9 weeks prior to reach the maximum level! Weekly missions, which you didn’t complete in time, will be transferred to the next week. Weekly missions cannot be changed. Daily missions Daily missions system won’t drastically change, and 3 new mission types will be added: Activate overdrive in battle; Finish battle; Finish battle in specific mode; Also, “Collect supplies” missions will be possible to complete by activating the required supply, and the 3x hours of Premium reward will be removed from the game. Daily missions will become slightly harder, but the rewards for completing them will also increase. Each day you will be able to earn more. With server restart on October 30th all your current missions, regardless of their progress, will be completed automatically, and rewards for completing them and any rewards that are not yet collected will be added to your account. Of course, mission chains that are already started will not disappear: we will increase their level by 1, complete them and send their rewards to your account. Also in the mission window, next to the “Daily” and “Weekly” tabs you will see 2 more new tabs, that can’t be accessed yet — “Main” and “Challenges”. These sections are currently in development and we will tell more about them later. Drones Tomorrow, 9 new cool drones will appear in the game: «Defender» Drone Defence drone. After activating Double Armor increases the effect for a short time. «Miner» Drone Defence drone. Holiday Map and x20 Gold Drops Yes, that’s exactly what is waiting for you on Halloween. For one day only, from 02:00 UTC November on 3rd till 02:00 UTC November on 4th, play on the special holiday map Graveyard at night and catch Gold Pumpkins, which will drop x20 times more often only on that map! Holiday map will be available only in Matchmaking and only in DM mode. Even more, DM battles on standard maps during that day will not be created — only on the holiday map. Double Battle Funds For the full duration of the holiday, from 02:00 UTC October 30th till 02:00 UTC November 5th, double battle funds will be active in all Matchmaking battles. This means you will earn twice as many crystals for each completed Matchmaking battle! Star Hunt Did you think that was all? Oh-no-no-no, it wasn’t! From 02:00 UTC on October 30th till 02:00 UTC on November 5th earn stars in Matchmaking battles and win: 25 stars — 1 container; 50 stars — 1 container; 100 stars — 1 container; 150 stars — 2 containers; 200 stars — 3 containers; 250 stars — 4 containers; 300 stars — 5 containers; 400 stars — 6 containers; 500 stars — 7 containers; 700 stars — the spookiest animated paint “Barbed wire”*; 900 stars — the coolest thematic skin for Firebird. “Demonic” skin for Firebird is released specially for the Halloween celebrations in Tanki, and only the most demonic in their dedication players will become the owners of the special skin. If you were holding your inner demon tightly bound, now is the time to unleash it! Which will join you today — a devious imp, an evil witch or a mysterious vampire? IMPORTANT: prizes in the event are summed up, which means when you reach a specific prize tier, you get that many containers.
