Criticism is fine, it's a free world and it's normal to have an opinion on a game you play so often. Keep in mind there's a difference between saying an update is meh, and cursing for 10 minutes.

Right now there is no compensation planned, as it affected only a selected group of players and was fixed under 10 hours. Developers continue to work on mobile version as it's a big pool of players that did not try the game yet and can be a part of Tanki community in the future, which also includes the work on improving ping. As soon as I have any news, I will share them.

Well, the detailed answer is barred behind the doors of the analytics department, but in short, with daily rotation there's a reason to check the game multiple times during the event, rather than buy everything at once or get lost among dozens of discounts. If I understand correctly, a server-side issue prevented certain regions from connecting to our data center. Now it's fixed.

The devs are still working on fixing the issue for everybody, and I expect to receive an update later today. Thank you for the follow up and sharing that it works now!

Guys, thanks for the reports and especially code errors and screenshots, all have been forwarded to the devs. I expect in the morning we will receive an update on what happened and why only certain players had errors. -- For now, if you have an option to connect to a different network or check via your phone, please try to do so.
