Don't worry, it won't be lost. The rollback did reset items for purchased containers, and I will know closer to Monday if it's possible to return them. I will take a guess (it's weekend) that global progress for items and purchases during those 2 hours was rolled back for everyone.

The drop rate this morning was absolutely a mistake and also a failure to quickly inform you on Tanki's part and my own. Seeing the drops happening every second and knowingly partaking in a clearly broken mechanic is another problem. In the original announcement it is stated the drop rates are the same as Gold Boxes. You knew it was broken. I don't excuse the developers for waiting 2 hours to stop the game and fixing it for 5 more, that's just bad job on all fronts. What I can understand is that hundreds of boxes farmed using a bug by a small percent of all players is a real threat to the game and its economy. What about everyone who bought the special offer? What about players who slept or were away and now need to fight tooth and nail for every rare box, when you drove around and caught hundreds of them with the effort of launching the game during the broken time? For the company, it's simple - give everyone gold rains, devalue your items and close the game, or eat ~100 pages of anger. Luckily enough, I'm here doing the last part :)

Our support team will handle the issue, please write them here. Yes. Containers should be inside Black Boxes, dropped at the same rate as Gold Boxes.

That's an estimate from the developers. I give my word only when I count on one person - myself. Yes, items purchased with the crystals or obtained from the containers during that time will be removed. Containers should take into account what paints you already have and will always have a new one, if you get a paint :)
