As an administrator - It is YOUR job to find out what is going on about the situation. It is YOUR first job before any other player to find out the information and get back as soon as possible to the person asking the question. You applied for this position to help on the forum and give your best help to the players. Don't confuse my responses to people who are not providing the information I need because they clearly haven't read what my question was - Yet they answer with completely different information I don't need or I know already. My point was - They can help as long as they know what they are talking about, who would have problem with that? Nobody. I wanted a response from administrator because we as community members rely on you, because most of you know the homework you did before/after applying for this position. I have been administrator in different community and I for sure know how everything works and what MY role was as an administrator. People are so quick to jump into conclusions. If nobody can provide the right answer - Why jump straight to answer a question when you are not able to provide the right information? Sometimes people need to be pointed out so they don't do the same mistake again, simple task, isn't it? Yes - WO kits are fixed now and I was aware it was only WO issue.
